Thoughts on Offroad Warehouse Lift Package?

It won't cause any harm per se but we have seen cascading effects of driveline vibrations, driver side needle bearing failure, etc. from lifted vehicles of 2.5"s. It's typically recommended to replace the needle bearing with the ECGS bushing. How do you plan on lifting the rear?

 

was going to install a 1.5" block with the 5100's. would it help to just lift front 2" and use 1" block?
I was hoping to be able to install Fuel Rebel with Toyo AT3 265/65/18.

 

Not really but can worry about the bushing later if it fails, its pretty simple and the bushing is only $50 or something.

 

just found out my leaf springs need to be replaced and every aftermarket option raises the back a minimum of 2" and I really don't want that.I have read too many negative things about the Deaver J66 about them being too soft. does anyone know an aftermarket option that is stock height or up to 1.5"?

 

Call Deaver and tell them what you want and they will make it. Deaver makes custom leafs for literally anything, could probably get them for a covered wagon if you wanted.

I’ve decided to go ahead with a new set of leaf springs.... and a 3” lift in the front with new UCAs. However the wheels I want are the Fuel Rebel and they have an offset of +1mm and a backspace of 5”. An issue I’m having is that most UCAs are saying a max backspace of 4.75”. I can choose a Fuel Rebel with an backspace of 4.75” but it will have an offset of -12mm. The wheels I have now are +18mm. My concern is they will stick out too far? Any idea how much further the wheels will stick out? I currently have this Toyota wheel: A1254-01, 17x8, +18mm offset, don’t know backspace.

 

There are a few website that will kind of show you how the wheels and tires will fit but it will depend on what size tires you run with them. I generally recommend a backspace of about 4.5 or less. I personally run two sets, one at 4.0 and the other at 4.3.

You run the risk of rubbing the upper control arm. Worst case you can always look into wheel spacers.
