I just think it’s ridiculous that it’s 2 years old today and I’m having to work on something that’s hardly used.


There’s 2 things that clear it to light. The sail switch and the over temp indicator. Those pass and it gets power to the board to light it. I reset the heater so that should have cleared it. Might try overriding the sail switch and see if it lights then.


We’re supposed to get to 25 tonight though and it’s not winterized. Weather kinda snuck up on me. It’s usually not cold here till Jan or Feb.

Do you hear it clicking at all?

 

1) Fan will start to clear any combustibles out, runs as normal for 15 seconds then shuts down now instead of clicking to light. At 15 seconds it should fire the ignighter.


2) When I took it apart earlier and inspected the sail switch it did the same startup and fired the ignighter and ran like it should. Now it does this ^^^. Haven't touched it since earlier other than tried turning the thermostat off wait for the click that everything lost power to it then turn it back on. It does (2) and shuts off now.
