They work quite well. Still retaining comparable fuel mileage but they ride far better than the goodyears.

I'll play - momentary distraction from mod hunting.

Duratracs, load range thicc (aka C), mounted on SCS F5 wheels - 16x8, 0 offset, 3.5 backspace.

The more I look at your trucks the more I realize with stock bumpers this size tire looks great. With aftermarket bumpers they look a little too small. Damn it... I guess I need 35's (or stock bumpers again)

Not really any snow where I am in Maine. yet. So, winter conditions will be coming. All I can say as of now is they are fairly smooth riding, not any noise to speak of. They road nicely when I aired down on some logging roads. I did puncture a tire last week. I95, something went straight into it, which I think would happen with any tire. I ordered another from Walmart.com where it cost $157. As far as the TPMS, https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/tire-pressure-not-displaying-on-dash.689006/page-2#post-24405545

Love my 265/75r16s, fills the wheel wells decent and I can still get 19-20 mpg on a tank despite steel skids and sliders and all the stuff I have on the racks. Although that is only if I keep it under 70mph and coast as much as possible.Overlook-1.jpg

Yup...I completely agree with your statement. Like I said earlier, I'm running 265/75/16 Toyo Open Country MT's and love the fit and appearance, plus my gas mileage stays decent...the best of all worlds in my opinion.

Love the rig! I’m trying to figure out what size F5s to go with. Don’t suppose you have any more photos do you? Haha

    Good info..

Say one wanted to calculate the correct PSI to match the OE load index 112 tire (30psi) with a new P tire that has a load index of 116 in size 265/75-16?

Small update. I still haven’t done any fender liner massaging but we’ve been able to get the rig off road some more. Ran the tires down to 12psi and they held up well through Death Valley area. They have gotten a bit louder on road. Going to rotate them this week and during the rotation I’m going to throw them on the balancer and see if anything has changed. I wonder if the road force has gone up.

I do like looking at all the Tacos with 265s. Questions....
    1. Can I fit these on my stock dark grey SR5 wheels
    2. Would I have any rubbing issues with the stock suspension or something that is best left for after I can get a moderate lift.
    3. Tires. I mostly daily drive, I go camping and do some light off road driving as few times a year plus winter driving in snow. Also have a pop-up camper to tow. What tires would work best. I was looking at passenger all terrain tires like cooper discoverer or firestone Destination AT.

    Edit:
    1. I found that most tire manufacturer say this size fits on 7-9" wide wheels so they will fit the stock wheels no prob
    2. Seems like many others are doing it with no or little issue from posts.
I have asked at a few tire shops about making the purchase and they said no that size won't fit and refered me to get 245/75 or 265/70.
