Saint Louis/Moonstone is pretty good and I’ve enjoyed a fair amount of trips there, I just find because of the size of the hill and varying terrain it isn’t as good as Blue with it being a little bigger, but like wheeling everyone has their own preference as to what they like to ride.

It’s been yearsss since I’ve been to Chicopee! I used to have some fun there way back, not sure what they’re charging for a ticket these days, as for Hell(glen) Eden they’ve hiked their prices up for a day pass the last 2 seasons and no longer offer a discount for mid week night rides. As far as I can remember from last season it’s $40 for a day pass(the only pass they sell) and for what you get with the tiny hill for that price it’s not worth it. You hardly get the chance to remember how to ride before you’re at the bottom.

Haven’t been to Kissing Bridge but did go to Holiday Valley once down in NY as well. Been down to Vermont once and out west a couple of times.

Hell(glen) Eden is no good, for the 30 second ride down the hill for the price its not worth it. You’re stuck dealing with kids crashing into you either on the hill or lift lines and for most of the year the conditions are wind swept ice lol

Most of these pics I believe are North of hwy 60 on the left of the park.
The trail into the park is the picture on the other post, a goat trail.
One of the muddy ones above goes into a lake but we didn't go into it, short on time and no proper gear to do it.
One of them goes into another lake but had to turn back, didn't want to risk. See below

I've only been to Blue once before - but i don't remember being fond of it

but $40 for Glen? what the frick? i remember getting tickets for $25, never mind 40.... but yeah agree -it's a short run but it's where i learned to board and for that price, it's not worth your while.

iirc Chicopee is about $40 as well but that's full access to the park (including stunt park), more lifts, faster lifts, and more trails.
Just checking the site now, my memory has not failed me; it's $42 for a full day and $24 for night runs (7pm till close) not sure when they close but they do have lights for the night, probably around 10pm or so.

I'm game to do a snowboarding fun run at Chico if the rest of the group is game

I've never heard of it. Certainly seems like the better option. Mslm is $75ish for the full day plus a 2+hr drive.

it's right smack in between Kitchener and Cambridge, basically across the street from Heffner Toyota. (we had a BBQ/meet and greet there once)

Yea they really hiked priced up a few years back at Glen. They don’t even offer a night ticket anymore just one price for the day. I remember lift tickets for like 25 as well. Even like 18 bucks for nights Monday to Wednesday but that’s long gone now.

Ive only ever been to chicopee. Went to glen eden once and it wasnt worth the hype for an extra 30 min of driving for me.

I live closer to blue now so hopefully i can make it out there this year.

But now i live right beside the snowmobile trail so if theres snow on the ground id rather ride those money pits :spending:

Ouch, I thought North Bay's hill was bad...it was a blessing when Antoine Mountain opened in Mattawa, but you guys near blue really are having the most fun.

Biggest hill I've been on was St.Louis years ago, never strayed too far from north bay for a ski trip.

Chicopee closes at 9, Blue is best in the area in my opinion with most riding options and space but 100$ day pass sucks, st louis is best for the money in my experience.

For the 2 times I have done night wheeling, I am not sure its worth yet.

    Time will tell.

Plus I LOVE doing wiring so much, it will never happen.:cookiemonster:
