That’s one of the many different sets of directions I’ve gone thru. Is there a link to 1.3.2?

can you let me know where you found any / other instructions? I've scrubbed them from my site I think and I'm trying to figure out why everyone is still following outdated instructions.

OK. I have that installed but need serial numbers, email addresses and passwords.

Your VF TUNER MASTER key was emailed to you on November 12, you responded to the email nov 13

I am going to respond to it again so it pops up.

run vF Tuner.
register with your key, email, set a username / pw

then click the grey con/wheel button on vF tuner to run the flash tool. flash with that tool

And that is exactly what we are working on doing. getting him fixed.
