Brilliant. I'm probably going to see if I can get it bolted to the cross bars using one of those ball mounts with a thru hole from TheTacoGarage. That way I can have it tucked down and hidden behind the front fairing when not in use.

I finished up my install today and went for a 10 mile(ish) test drive at highway speeds. So far so good. Mine is partially hidden behind a pelican case, the the bulky part of the antenna is well over the top of the pelican. More time will tell, but I'm hopeful it'll be solid.

So that is basically just the Reach with better antenna, correct? It says click here for quote on the site. How can I just buy that set up on the site?

I just tried to use the code to order and it doesn't work. Does anyone know what's going on?

I messaged alltechsource and their expiration timer for the offer didn't work right, so they removed it and took care of me.

Took the truck on about a 50 mile drive Monday to the dealership (practically all highway). Right as I was turning in I heard some rattling. When I got out, the mount had rotated enough to back off a little and was leaned over. Today when I picked it up, I cranked it down some more and the mount stayed upright. Not sure how durable this mount is going to end up being. But for now, I'll keep using it until failure and then I'll use the other mount from Amazon.
ETA: This mount arrangement does NOT tolerate highway speeds/high winds well. It will rotate back. If you don't keep your antenna up while driving this shouldn't be a problem but if you do keep it up you will likely have the same issue.

Yeah, I plan on not having it up when I'm driving for the most part, but I might figure something out as well.
    Thanks for the update

I am too but it has pretty poor reviews from what I see. Some say it will not go fully to 90 degrees and some say it comes loose. I'm curious about the FrontRunner antenna mount as it seems to do exactly what I'm looking for a mount to do, . I don't have a FrontRunner rack but I suspect it wouldn't be too hard to get it to work. Still testing the Ram mount method for now though.

I ordered the FR mount as soon as I ordered the WeBoost last month. It's been out of stock this entire time. Since I have a slim line rack I want to use the FR mount but if there's a cheap alternative I can use until it comes back in stock I'd be interested.
