Yep exactly. Everyone's situation is different. My ideal setup would be a softtopper with a rack that goes over it. But that would be a 800 topper and a 800 rack.

Continuing to inspire. What about the rear slider, how does that work?

Thanks for mentioning ... I've been debating both. The great part to having a pickup is easily taking whatever it is in and out of the bed. Last spring for the first time I bought 25 bags mulch/soil/etc., and I was surprised that it had taken me this long to buy a pickup.

I like your wheels, did you paint your OR wheels black? They look good.

Number of posts =/= the amount of time spent on a forum reading. Can’t help stupidity with people getting scammed. Not hard to spot fakes and use the correct avenues to make a purchase.

Yeah having a truck rules. I couldn't imagine not owning one. It makes life I'm general easier.

The one who dies with the most stuff wins.
They're the stock OR wheels. They're actually a decal. Been really great holding up over time especially for the minimal cost. Theres a thread on them in the 3rd gen. for sale section.

Ah, I have the folding slider, but only use it to clean between the two. The windoors on the other hand, I use those on a weekly basis and would never consider a topper without them.

They can be a compromise, but there are great ways to deal with it.... most of my use works well with the topper, but when it doesn't, a trailer (which I need for my atv anyways) is great. Also we got a pair of the Yakima Showdowns to make it easy to load.
