    Everything but the driveshaft. B03A - 410
How many people name their cars? I don't remember any of my parents, family, or friends growing up that named their cars. They grew up around farms and people just didn't attach names to a motor powered vehicle Maybe a popular cousin had a 52 Ford that he named "The Blue Goose" after a popular drive-in.

    upload_2020-12-1_21-7-5.jpg

With the exception of one woman across the street that named her seafoam green 1959 Ford Fairlane 4-door hardtop. That she named Betty Greene.

It kinds of made me crazy when I would talk to them the there would be some argument about who would get to drive Betty.

    upload_2020-12-1_21-11-24.jpg

We always used descriptive names like The Truck, The Wagon, The Chevy, The Olds, The Pontiac.

Now I refer to the cars in my driveway as the 98, 99, the Civic, Tacoma, and 470.

I see some people naming their rigs like Emelda, Johathan, Dusty, and The King.

I would rather not have to think about naming a piece of equipment.

I think its weird and somewhat creepy. Mostly a chick thing too. I just refer to my truck as "red" since its the only red vehicle in my family.

When I was a teen I named my package "The General" because he was in charge of all my little soldiers.... but no I never named my vehicles

Actually now that I think about it, I used to jokingly call my windowless Astro Van "ChMakaReW" (pronounced chamakarue)
Because I got so many pedo jokes what with driving a rape van. ChMakaReW was an acronym for "Chester the Molester aka the Rectum Wrecker" .... but those were simpler times

Even got the same size and diameter Glass pack as my last truck in honor.

Now that I think about it I have the burnt exhaust tip from that truck in the back of the slug, need to put it on the truck I forgot about it
