The other night I had a fly land in my Elijah Craig Small Batch. Today I had a snowflake fall in my Woodford Reserve Double Oaked.

Picked up a couple go-tos this evening. This EC Store Pick should be interesting, rumor has it it’s got a very distinctive bubble gum taste at the end...
Hopefully I’ll unpack some whiskey from moving, this weekend

Looks a little light in there.
    Needs more BT, less ice.

I agree, use to grab a bottle every other week. However...idk how underated though.... impossible to find near me now and if you do it's triple the price it was last year. Sucks

Lmao yeah that's right you went through this chore not too long ago. I haven't wrapped up my open bottles yet so I can hopefully kill a few more before the big move. Did you move everything yourself or pay somebody? I go back and fourth on what I want to do. I'm lazy, but I'm also cheap

I had moved myself twice and my in-laws back and forth to New Hampshire all in the last 5 years, so I was done with moving. That said, I moved everything into storage myself, and then had a moving company take it from storage to the new house.

I had offsetting settlements and a house that took 8 weeks to get livable. Camped at my parents with 2 dogs and 2 toddlers, super fun

paid $900 and tipped each guy $20 on top

One of my favorite pours. Wish I grabbed another one of these store picks when I had the chance.

Whew, sounds like a long 8 weeks but that's a pretty sweet deal on the move.

It's something like 1700 miles to the new place, so I'm more inclined to hire somebody to load and drive all of our shit that far away. Not excited to see what it's gonna cost, but I'm sure my back will thank my wallet.
