    I assume that your controller has built in voltage protection for accessories to simplify setup. I can't see that going directly to your fuse block from the battery would be wrong.

    And you'll want to connect the inverter directly to the battery. Too many amps for the fuse block.

    $4,500 so far, but there’s still a couple “$0.00” charges listed as pending, so I’m expecting it to grow.

    Trailer is getting expensive! :rofl::annoyed::facepalm::pout:

    I’m excited to see the finished product, my wife was asking about things for the rv we rented and I told her about some of the designs you are incorporating. She really likes the idea of it all being covered but she wants a/c.

    There are options for that!

    4563A4C2-19F9-450A-A95C-831AE656A73A.jpg

    I don’t have it yet, but quite possible before next summer.
    I won’t be able to run it on solar, but for state park camping, it should be possible.

    Got to the shop a little after 5 today. Maner already had the ramp outlined and drop down prep/cooking table put together.

    Ramp will be great for getting in and out of the tent; too bad the rear of the trailer isn’t straight.

    The prep table has the propane burner spaced away from the cooker to allow a good working surface next to either cooking area.

    Jerry can holders are also mounted. Not bad at all for a cheap Craigslist find.

    Needed a way to mount the spare tire, so we got that knocked out tonight. Directly over the axle won’t mess with the weight balance.

    And look, @Nopro , my welds aren’t nearly as bad. Apparently the magnets were messing with stuff the other day.

    I’ll be back on it this weekend.

    Magnets!!! Didn’t even think about that! I’m dumb.

    Does the ramp not fit in the back?
