    Yes change overs are uber gay..I NORMALLY work Tue-Fri from 2100 hrs to 0700 hrs, but have training this week, so switching back and forth on the sleep schedules suck ass.

    Off today, Defensive Tactics Training on Thur and Fri...I get to get my ass kicked by four guys. My fat ass against fours guys..how the hell is that fair??? Oh well. when my time's up in the ring, I get to be one of the four guys for the next sorry sob that has to go through that drill.
