that's quite a bit of distance to accurately tape measure thru you could also contact the power company about there clear cutting of that power line right of way and tell them they are getting close to your property and to send out one on their engineers to mark that corner since they are encroaching too close to your property for your liking

    I said thought lol.
I'm pretty sure it would lead me to losing my drone and still not finding the pin lol.

yes! it would work, contact a supervisor or an Engineer at that company tell him the situation there and your lot # Block # who u are (nicely) I bet they send out some one to find that corner and at the very least throw a stake in the ground, that pin could have been destroyed by them during the clear cutting it might be gone, they need to replace it, at no cost

these days they would send out 1 guy with a GPS rover setup to reset the pin, they probably would calculate the coordinates in their office using their on plot plans in their office or even use the OPs, many ways to skin that cat

I'm gonna keep looking and save that call for my last option. I need to call them anyways because they are supposed to make every effort to reach me before doing work anyways and I got nothing from them about razing my land.

yes, I suggest calling them, if you (nicely) tell them there could be clear cutting damage on YOUR property, their buttholes will shrink up and they will be shitting themselves with worry. ive been involved in situations where garages have been bulldozed over because of not knowing property limits or neighbors going to court over a fence 1/2 inch onto someones property, that's what I do/did

At the old house I called for several weeks trying to get my service, over the busy highway, disconnected in preparation for the new install.... runaround.

called the public utility commission... three bucket trucks and a flagging crew that afternoon, “yes sir”, “no sir’, old wire gone, new wire up, meter box installed and left me a shiny new 50 slot breaker box on the back porch

Aside from your property line issues, what's with the neighbor stealing your wood? I bet he knows where his property line is.

    Funny story.

He has been told, but... He actually thinks he owns a strip of land that he clearly doesn't. He also told us that we needed to stop driving through his yard, he had to be politely told there was an easement and that it wasn't his property anyways. The strip of land he thinks he owns is actually owned by my other neighbor. So he clearly trespassed across 2 properties to steal wood.

County auditor's website clearly has all this info accurately.

    He's one of those types.

I should add the "No Trespassing" sign will be pointed directly at this yahoo's house and line of site.
