I think we got about 3-5 inches, but nothing stuck on the roads, just in the grass.

Here it's hit or miss, as it is with the rain. Things get right around the outerbelt around the city then just seem to die. You'll watch a good rain/snow storm heading toward Cbus and then completely breaks apart at it reaches the city.

Might have to stop off at the car wash once a week or so, get that crap off every now and then.

It has been downright freezing for early december, dosen't seem to usually get this rough until Jan/Feb. But, but but....Global Warming!!!!!! I've never been a big fan of the "Engine Warm Up", but when I run out to warm up Rachaels car (She takes the kid to daycare, don't want those 2 to freeze for 10 minutes before the car pumps good heat), I've been starting mine as well for just a few minutes.

What are your guys' opinions on Engine Warm Up. I do not prefer it. I'm a hop in and go type of guy. Why don't I don't do it?
    -Uses more fuel.
-Idle is not the engines best friend. An engine would rather would be flying down the freeway at 65.

...And where has Kate been? Hope she hasn't lost her Tacoma Passion. I was just playin' about the RuPaul thing..:p

I park my truck in the garage at night, therefore I dont let it warm up. Now whem I'm at work, about 5-10min before I leave, I start it. I only do this when its really cold, as I hate getting into a cold car. It seems that it takes a long time for the truck to warm up. I live about 2-3 miles off the interstate, and there are sometime I'm on the interstate and the temp. is only at about 135 degrees. I know its cold but the heater in this truck dissappoints me. My 4Runner's heat was killer. It would melt your shoes.

I really miss my STI. That thing was so fun in the snow. I'd walk that thing sideways down 71 going to work. HEHE People were always like...WTF. Back when I was young and dumb....not much has changed.

Dropped off my truck yesterday at the Dealer in L-ville....

It was supposed to be detailed, have a few scratches fixed, the speedometer fixed.

I also asked them to look at

    Vibe between 20-30 (noticeable)
Vibe between 50-60 (very noticeable think its wheel balance issue)
Rear Leaf springs, figured it was worth a shot, we will see.

Supposed to get her back tomorrow around 5pm.... why it takes that long unless they are fixing everything I do not know.

Anyhow waiting on any calls today to let me know if it went well or not, if they fixed it or not, my new bed gets delivered today so Im kinda excited about that as well.

They gave me a corolla, I feel naked without my truck.

She also gets tinted on monday 5% all the way around and 5% strip on top of windshield.

Still debating on alarm or not

I love it, but it lacked power to tow the things I needed to.

Yes I think everyone was young/dumb at some point. In the snow I'm the guy in the snow covered fast lane passing everyone.

GL w/ the TSB. I took mine in 3 times for that and since I was out of warranty they wouldn't touch it w/o charging. You will have to post pics of the front window strip. I have my front windows tinted to match the back and never got the strip on the front. But I've seen a few with them on and the more I see it the more that I like it.

I will defiantly post pics for you. Might be getting it done tomorrow if I get my truck back today.

Just got a text from my sales guy might be ready today!

    YES!!!!

Just asked him what the verdict was on the stuff I asked about waiting on reply.

I have the 100k mile warranty so hoping *crossing fingers* it might help.

I hooked up my sales guy so Im hoping he hooks me up as well.

I have heard of people w/ the 100k warranty getting it done w/o a problem. You should be able to get it done.

Ok after discussing with some friends not sure if I want 5%, it would be very hard to see at night when backing up...

    So might go with 10%...

    thoughts?

Im not sure what I have, but the front windows match the rear window tint %. They can be a pain if your backing up at night, most of the time I just roll down the windows so I can see out of my mirrors. Its really just preference, I think mine are just dark enough to give me some privacy, but not so dark that it will draw any attention (cops). My brother had limo tint on his Tacoma and everytime he got pulled over he got a ticket plus a window tint ticket.
