That's how you damage an already rather weak spindle and fuck up a new joint. Honestly I never know if you just say stuff for the meme or if you actually do shit fucked up.

    I committed a sin.

I welded stainless to aluminized and mild steel :burp:

    Yes it is ugly :luvya:

My buddy recently lost his job and asked if I could weld in a cherry bomb to kill his exhaust drone so he didn't have to shell out at the exhaust shop. He brought me some gucci Christmas ale and I made some smoked pork and roasted veggies for dinner. Good night so far :D

That's not a sin really, I've never seen an exhaust shop that ever used stainless filler. Unless it was a bougie "performance" shop

Camaro neighbor dropped major money at the shop that made his rice rocket straight piped. I have to say they did a beautiful job. It is all tig welded stainless.

I would appreciate it more if I couldn't feel it in the foundation of my house though :luvya:

Exhaust is a fun performance part, you can alter so many things with it. But ultimately anything will work, it's not hugely critical as long as it isn't a huge restriction. Straight piped I6 bimmers sound sick, but holy crap do they wreck the noise floor around you, and you'd never know in the car cause they're sound deadened well.

Yeah... My buddy's car sounds really good and it rips with the remap. Fastest car I've ever driven. BUT it has terrible drone above 50 with the straight pipe so hopefully this big glass pack kills it without killing too much of the exhaust sound that he loves so much.

I have been wanting that full 5" exhaust for the deezuhl. It sounds good as it is and is a nice volume....but it could sound deeper... :homer:

Trying to, if this dude would get back to me. The car is perfect and it's old enough with higher miles that I could do whatever to it with low repercussions.

I'm being unfair to them, my tacoma was the first time touching exhaust and everything had a giant ass gap to fill, not to mention I was stuffing a muffler too big to fit where it went
