    when they checked mine it was higher at the start of the appt.than after the appt. (stress). and i took my monitor in to compare to be sure i was getting accurate readings. also they told me to sit for a few minutes before i take it to get accurate readings at home.

    Diet didn't help my high cholesterol. Take 1 pill at night and now it's good. I do avoid fatty beef. I eat lean meat, venison.

    little bit, thanks for checking.
    eyes are puffy but not swollen shut
    rash is still ugly but better
    hives on my torso are still there but no worse
    on less effective meds but i've had them before and done well so i dont expect any further issues, just keeping my fingers crossed that they'll be enough for take care of things because i don't know what the next plan will be if they dont.
