I have the following brand new, never installed items (willing to do some trading):

• Endeavor shelf: $450

I have already put the shelf together and if it is not sold locally (I'm in Oklahoma), I will ship it fully assembled as there are too many bolts to take it back apart. Will come with all mounting hardware and I'll cover the cost to have it professionally packaged up. Shipping charges will reflect it being fully assembled, but I will do my best to work with you on those fees.

I was originally going to mount this on top of my DB bed cover, but quickly realized I would need to buy another set of front runner feet to make that happen and overall have decided to go another route by fabricating exactly what I want.

I wonder if this will fit inside my softopper

 

It should. I can take any measurements that you would like to confirm. You can see in the picture below how it mounts to the factory rails. There are 4 different configurations you can do with the brackets to change the height of the shelf from the bed to the bottom of the shelf:

• 17 1/4"
• 16"
• 15 1/2"
• 14 1/2"

Also, the interior dimensions are: 24 3/4" X 50"

On the lowest setting will it fit and still allow the DB cover to close??

I have been eying this shelf recently.

 

I never tested this before it sold to @uploadadventure, however, I believe it would clear the shelf seeing that the lowest setting on the shelf has the bottom of it 14.5" from the floor of the truck bed. The only thing you run into then would be the cross bars on your DB cover being able to slide into the Tacoma track system to engage the locking mechanism. You would have to slide the shelf around to try and make it work, or at worst, drill a hole in the shelf mounting bracket to allow the DB locking mechanism to slide through it. If that makes sense.
