Too much Monday bs on this 5th Monday of the week. Drove to location, no hard hat in my truck. Went back to the office to get said hard hat, had to piss suhgawddamnbad when I got there that I left in a hurry... w/o hard hat. Currently en route to location. Better late than never I suppose.

 

I could have showed up in sweat pants and crocs now that I'm here. .. Just one dude in a dozer pushing the same soil pile around all day until he makes hours

 

Are you working on the site next to my office? The same guy with a mullet and his pal have been driving trackhoes around the side of a hill for two weeks now. Took those guys 4 months to flatten out a 1/2 acre for a mini storage.

 

Thought this might be interesting for some, this is what Lumber is going for per 1,000 Board feet.

Not looking good for 2021 and my main Project I wanted to do.

Prices really haven’t gone up, a availability is another story, especially PT lumber for deck frames. Good luck getting a 20’ piece of PT that doesn’t look like a fucking pretzel or question mark
