Goddamn barbell plate weights are so expensive. Although I guess the shipping cost is built in to the price since it's "free shipping"...yeah like they are going ship 45lb weights for free lol.

If I could just get a bench press and a row machine I would cancel my gym membership, have nowhere to keep them though but outside in the backyard.

 

Lots of changes coming to coding in 2021. Doctors gonna be ordering studies like hell in order to bill visits well. Everyone getting blood drawn and radiated

 

As someone not in the industry and who hasn't been to a doctor for most of their life... What's going on?

 

People are afraid to go to the doctor for fear of Covid - most people are opting for virtual online visits which I imagine are more difficult for doctor's to deal with since they can't actually physically check you out. Just going off your word and what they can make out via the computer screen. So they have to order more tests to get the answers they need.

 

Speaking of, been too lazy to do blood work for my new doctor.

He called and said come in whenever, without appointment.....this was 3-4 months ago

 

I caved and ordered their bar last week.

2.44 dollars per pound shipped is fine for bumper plates... I ordered a pair. People around here are wanting 2+ dollars per pound for used 45 plates at the moment

 

in retrospect I could have built a killer gym with the $50/mo that I paid for gym memberships for years
