    Nicely done. Wondering how much of the cost I could offset by making some of the parts myself (working in a machine shop has some advantages) & I'm only an hour & half away, hint, hint. LOL

    Did you end up just trimming the factory rubber trim molding or use a different product? Looks incredibly clean!

    Can you comment what length spacer you used to install - and the bolt specs? I've read M6 x 1.0 pitch, but unsure of total length with spacer.

    Oh boy id have to check. I think it was like 3/4" or something, believe mounting bolts were M6. I think the ones I have are like 3/4" tall, 3/4" OD, with a 8mm ID or something. I have like 60 of them that I ordered a while back for a different project. Get in touch with me and ill send a handful to you for free. Just cover your shipping charge for them. Theyve been collecting dust for years, better see them get used than to go to waste in the bottomless pit that is my hardware drawer
