    @Aspen Thicket Thanks for you interest. I've designed the mount to clip in and remove easily but it requires a small amount of force as the fitment is tight to eliminate rattling. Thank you

    Gentlemen, I purchased one of these mounts with the mic holder and all I can say is it is quality! It fits both my radio and vent like a glove. I got to try it out over the Thanksgiving holiday during a trip to the desert and it did wonderfully! It didn't even move over all types of rough terrain including washboards, whoops, rock crawling, etc. Yet it removes very easily with upwards motion when you want to take it off. I wish he made cell phone mounts like this!

    Thanks Ben! I'm glad you're happy with the mount, it definitely took me a few prototypes to get the fitment just right. This design actually originated from my cellphone design, let me know if you might want one.

    Ah yes the newer F8h0 which is better cones work this. Exactly what I was wondering. if you run with that car adapter it’s a mute point. But an idea of it was adjusted to fit both batteries. Could prob leave edges which would support both but be deep enough for the larger one. I have spares so not a deal breaker. Waiting on a few things and see if this will work in my setup or not
