We're having the same problem in my neighborhood over across from Cardinals Stadium. Thieves stealing Christmas decorations, patio furniture and even potted plants! It's sad that some people feel they are entitled to other peoples hard earned possessions.
    Sorry to hear about it.

I dont disagree. One of my moves, i had some old but still good couch set, pulled them outside to give them to goodwill the next day. Went to get some fast food was gone less than 20 minutes and drove by my house because someone had taken the couches already! I didnt have a sign on them, someone just helped themselves. Actually helped me out in a way but still was messed up they took them

I feel bad now. I took 2 tree stake sticks from my neighbors bulk trash pile.

But yeah that is messed up. I see people driving around my neighborhood always looking for "curbed" items.

Bulk trash and on the curb is one thing, but these were obviously not in a bulk trash pile. Our bulk trash is in the alley. Which is comically busy during that season. I probably would have just given those tires to someone for a six pack anyways.

I was just looking at security cameras the other day as well as buying some rural property back in northern AZ. Lol. Might fast track that more... I'm only down here while my partner gets her Physical Therapist skills honed post schooling. Although she likes Phx for the most part.

Living in the outskirts is better. I hate driving into phx, Tempe, Mesa areas.

I’ll second DeRosa as a good employment option. Went there for a few months earlier this year for an issue with my knee.

Same. Would have lived north of the 101 or in Cave Creek if we could have afforded it.

Ha. Will do. I sold my prerunner though, probably should remove it from my profile pic. Lol. Would like to build up a first gen 4Runner at some point.

She has a great job down here at a cash based PT clinic and wants to start her own at some point. Flag would potentially be a good market for it, although there's already some good clinics up there. I'll have her check that out though!

Looking for a lead on a Marlin 1895SBL. Let me know if anyone has one they are willing to part with or no someplace to find one.

    Thanks!
