vF Tuner for the 3.5L Tacoma

I bought VF Tuner, the Tune Pack, and additional credits in one big order. I was able to activate VF Tuner and noticed I had 5 credits in there. I was under the assumption that VF Tuner comes with 5 credits already and the additional credits I purchased would give me another 5 for a total of 10. Did I misunderstand does VF Tuner not come with any credits initially?

I've also pressed the request additional credits button but to no avail.

 

We process credits on our side we are just a little backed up

we don't sell 5 credits at a time. Each ECU is 4 credits.

In terms of receiving the additional credits should I just hit the request additional credits every few days or will they automatically populate on their own?

 

no you only have to hit it once and as soon as they are processed it will show up. you'll get a notification in vF tuner / whenever you launch vF Tuner when they get processed.

 

What is the status of the WiFlash cables? Last you said I think you were just working on some firmware updates. I have been waiting to request a new Reg. key for my new tuning laptop (decomissioning my battle tank Lenovo) so I can use the WiFlash cable with it as it is USBC only.

 

why cant I click on identify button? I have registration key

 

Did you receive the .reg file in your email?
If so, did you select [Yes] to continue?

 

So I grabbed original 2.0 and added some torque converter locking changes and slightly modified throttle limits for 4th-6th gears from 22% and up
I did not modified those 3 airload tables.
Got absolutely the same response+increase in mpgs

 

Matt, do you have an ETA on the latest batch of dump tubes?

 

I don't think it gave me that option. I thought I had it all downloaded. I am at work now, so I am not at truck

Unfortunately the company who has developed the Wi-Flash cables for us have a bug that they are having a hard time finding.
everything is working with exception that it keeps disconnecting.

 

Where do you adjust max speed? I hit cutoff today with 4.88’s and 32’s at 92mph accelerating onto freeway

Global speed or something, it's called. way at the top. change from 175 to 225-250

 

weird. It was set at “275” = 171mph when I checked. I changed it to 250= 155mph

I had to get my Master key reset because of a Windows update. Matt was kind enough to get me reset. Now my Flash Tool keys are greyed out. Taxtric driver is installed and I reinstalled VFTuner to current. Do I have to resubmit my Systems ID to Zendesk again?

 

Find the REG file that was sent to you previously. Does the REG file name match what is in the Flash Tool window when you launch it? If it doesn't match, you need a new, matching REG file.

 

Is your software up to date?

 

Yes it matches and I clicked on it to see what would happen. It took me to a sign in page at OVtune. When I logged in it said The page your looking for doesn't exist.
