Undercarriage care and painting and touch up is certainly worth it in the long run. In 10 years of owning my 1st GEN I have done a lot of touching up down there and used “Rust Bullett” in tough areas and topcoat with tremclad flat black or semi- gloss.

You have done Some good stuff getting things ready before you rustproofed! It will pay off in the long term for you!

I have moved away from fluid film some what as well. FF It’s great stuff for many applications especially outdoor padlocks and keyhole’s in your household doors and vehicles. It’s almost magical how it will fix keyholes.

I’ve started purchasing aerosol cans from my Krown guy to do touch ups between applications.....it has a nice nozzle for $10 a can.

Your CCR Looks interesting I’m going to research it!

Every year I do Krown...on two trucks...each application they give me a free can. 2 cans per year, when I have the wheels off for snow/summer change I hit it with touchups. Its a good system

My grandfather always did that. Dilute some old oil and it was sprayed all over. Every time it was washed, it looked new.

ok lets not get crazy... although it does have a cheese grater for a grill, a minivan engine, a lack of options, and a dismal payload.

oh what we do for a toyota badge and a manual transmission. :notsure:
