I had a bum ignore me in my last truck when I was getting onto the freeway and legit walked into me. I still stopped and apologized and asked if he was okay on the on ramp. Dude said sorry my b I'm fine and walked away. I still stopped tho.

Some people are just wrong man. Hopefully that shit kills their conscience cause that's just disgusting and inhumane. There's legit nothing wrong with being a good person when u fuck up. Sorry about that

I would be less pissed about it if she did the right thing and stopped to see that everything was OK. But taking off like that is fucked. Its just so common in this area (probably everywhere really) for people to not be aware of surroundings in a neighborhood especially where drivers should be ultra aware of pedestrians. Everyone's always trying to beat lights or make lights before they turn red, or get through a crossing before someone steps into it instead of yielding.

We have a lot of crosswalks that cross busy streets without stop lights, of course they're there for pedestrians to use but I never use them because I know 100% drivers aren't going to yield like they are supposed to. I just go to where there's a stoplight and use those intersections especially if I'm walking my daughter around

I can't imagine having a full size in the city, having a compact truck in a suburb is sometimes tricky lol. I can't use some city garages with my truck due to the lift and roof rack/lights. I avoid LA city proper like the plague though

:) It takes a while to get one straightened out. I really didn't start enjoying this one until I got rid of AHC. It has a much better ride and handling now.

Yep.. I've had the drawers for a while. I've been waiting until I had the heavy springs on it before installing. I want to pull up the carpet and trim to remove the 3rd row belts. Then put down some sound deadening material in the rear before buttoning it up with the drawers.

This box is built like a tank. I think will need to use the engine hoist to mount it in the back.

I finally google wtf AHC on a LC was. So it's basically a super fancy version of the 4Runner's XREAS and rear airbag system, just without air bags and for all 4 corners. Probably cool when they first came out but what a fucking nightmare when the shit is worn our and you want to replace it with either stock or aftermarket. At least on the 4Runner, removing the XREAS is easy and straight forward. The rear airbag system, little more difficult but doable.

Setting the truck on fire is not necessary to remove the rear LCA bushing.

Just press out the old using a 35mm socket.
