Keep us posted. There's a shop down here locally, but I'm in Providence area so I have a pick of the litter for a ton of places I could go. I will probably do this before I bolt up skids. A few threads have said $100 is the ballpark range for it.

 

I have a couple of things I'd like to sell:

1. Set of KB Voodoo Hi-Rise bed racks I'm not interested in anymore. I bought them on 10/15/2018 specifically for ski rack use while using the OEM tonneau cover. The racks were only used during the winter time, and uninstalled during the non-snow seasons. They show a little bit of typical powder-coat chipping, and come with the ski rack if you want it (good for fishing poles, maybe a surf board, etc) - $250 obo I have keys for the ski rack, and it is in good working order.
   
   
   
   
   
2. OEM Tonneau cover with the bed caps/hardware (you will need to swap your bed caps/hardware with me) - $250

Both items are for a 3d gen short bed. I do not know if they will fit a second gen

Might be a long shot but would anyone happen to have a single SCS F5 in 17x8.5 -10 for sale. Condition and color do not matter as long as the wheel doesn't need repair to function.

Different part number, at least for the 5G. Best friend has one, tried to give it to him. I may ultimately just bin it.

 

does the 5g 4r and the 3rd gen taco use the same filter? for some reason I am thinking it does.

 

They look similar but don’t share a part number. The T4R and FJ share.

 

Eh keep it on the shelf at least, never know..or maybe that's my cheapskate talking

I actually swung by some shitty non trails on the way home to at least actually ride it in the woods. It was dark and rainy and the dog rolled in a mud puddle, and I was in work pants and a polo but I couldn’t not stop. It was only like 5 minutes.
