    This is my first time brining a butt. I did 3qt of apple juice and a pack of this brine.

    I’ll be using a honey chipotle rub and smoking with apple pellets as well. Going 200F over night then I’ll wrap it in the morning or when it has the color I want, and turn it up to 250F till it’s done. Hopefully before 6pm tomorrow.
