Yes, tested it by tapping on the glass from in inside. Might adjust the sensitivity, but we have a lot of Air Force Jets that rumble our windows at Luke Air Force Base.

Got a bracket for the front plate but it does not swing up high enough for the clearance on the winch. Ordered some thumb screws and used some rivet nuts to make it quick release.

Got the lift on yesterday. Still have to piece some things together and get tires on, which will hopefully be tomorrow.

I'm sure I will to an extent, I'm just hoping that it can be fixed by just some minor plastic cutting/heating and push it out of the way. I will definitely post pictures once they're on. I'm hoping for Monday.

Is that both wired into the truck and also has a hand crank to manually generate power for the light in the event of a power failure?

I think that crank is to reel the wire back in. Mainly because the knob says "retract" on it.

Installed my Diamondback cover today (smooth, SE). I'm sure I'll need to adjust things once it rains and the seals compress, but so far so good (it definitely transforms the look of the truck). Took a few hours doing it myself (2 people would have been easier).

@RivetNutBob , aka easthillbob, aka 3rd gen Mayor, is it possible to install a hex rivet nut with a wrench and ratchet when there is not enough room to use the tool? This is a metric one, M8 bolt goes in this. On a friend’s Ram truck to mount step bars.

Edit: concerned about it not crimping properly.
    Double Edit: I’m serious

Nice job. How about some pictures of the blue cruiser?
