    New wipers, filled the fluid and cleaned out the space around the cabin air intake and wipers. Added some mesh from an old gutter guard I had laying around over the cabin air filter inlet.

    What is this? A vinyl sticker, cap, or full badge replacement?

    My wheel badge started flaking the chrome and coming loose so I pulled the whole thing off as I also didn't like the chrome and was concerned about it becoming a projectile if the airbag ever deployed.

    Was concerned about replacing the badge, from factory it appears the badge prongs are melted flat before the cover is affixed to the bag so there's really no way to effectively replace the badge securely without deconstruction (destruction) of the airbag and I'm not shelling out $1700 for a new airbag because my Toyota badge fell off.

    It's not lockable with a key, however it is not able to be opened without opening the tailgate. If you have a locking tailgate than yes it would be pretty secure, as secure as a soft cover could be.
