@Baja Designs -- I was hoping you could point me towards a forum string or a YouTube video to understand what the install process is like? I'm a rookie with anything electric, so I'm trying to understand if I can handle it. I searched the forum to see if there was a step by step guide and haven't found anything yet. Thanks in advance.

Unfortunately we don't have a step-by-step for the mounting of this product but it's very easy. All you have to do is remove your license plate, install the mount bracket, re-install license plate & hardware.

Our harnesses are very easy as well! If you purchase a pair of LED Auxiliary Lights it will include an economy wiring harness. This connects directly to the battery and includes a switch. All of the lights just plug right in and are ready to go. The only thing you'd have to do is figure out where to mount the switch inside the cab.

Do you mean the light mount itself or the wiring of the lights?

@Baja Designs -- Thank you, yes, I was hoping to understand how other Tacoma customers have run the wires to the battery, through the firewall, etc.

@SimplexFish -- Specifically the wiring of the lights into the battery and through the firewall. I've searched on YT and for install photos, but I haven't turned up anything for someone like me who needs training wheels : )

Thank you @SimplexFish -- I appreciate it. Back in 2004, I watched my friend install a system in his Corolla and he forgot to put a fuse in and a brand new car got melted to the ground. Crazy.

This post mentions that you can mount 4 Squadron or S2 Series Lights, but the website mentions 3. Please clarify. (And you may want to update whichever is incorrect).

Great looking lights, I have a question. I have been looking at all your light options an I'm a little confuse as to which ones I want. I am looking for a light that I can use for everyday driving. Which lights should I be looking at, specificaly

@gmann1972 -- same question here too. I've read about the Baja Designs light bar and separate light pods that have a wide beam for cornering... which I believe are designed for on-road use.

Thank You both for posting up!

We have many great options in our LED Light Bar and LED Auxiliary Light families. Since you are looking for something street-friendly I'd recommend our Squadron Sport or S2 Sport. These, when used in the Wide Cornering pattern, offer increased usable light over OEM and we have many customers running them without issues. Since these are not DOT approved or street-legal, driver discretion is advised.

    S2 Sport, Pair - starting at $208.95

I'm trying to figure out if these will work on the rear of my Lexus. Do you have any diagram showing dimensions for either bracket?

Got my mounting bracket and going to put two squadron sports on them on the front of my third gen. Would you think running some bolts into the black soft plastic on the front of the bumper would suffice? Looks like on the closeup on the soobie it's just two screws going into the bumper?
