It has a recently hung door and frame in it from HD and used to open OK. Foundation is fucked and shifting enough that it's binding now.


It's a metal exterior door on the garage and the garage floor is sinking and cracking so I'm confident it's not a humidity/seasonal issue

Parents had similar issue 5 years ago, I think it's called Slab jacking- they pump concrete under it to raise/ stabilize it. Zero issues since they had it done.

Moving over to here to not clutter the trading post. Do those kits actually work? I have 8 prehung doors showing up in a few weeks and I am not looking forward to hanging them.
