I read a story of how they tried to tell a guy at Jiffylube he needed new automatic transmission fluid even though he had a manual car. He brought the tech to the car and asked him to point where that would go.

It's a time thing for me now. Work is picking up like crazy so I'm not sure I can have the truck down for a day or two while I get it done.

Thanks, good to know. Yeah, I've been there too!

Yup, change the o ring if its torn

Throw the Synthetic MAXLIFE DEX ATF in, it's cheap and keeps the pumps quiet and from leaking so bad

yeah, I turn the reservoir upside down and spray the bottom side of the screen generously with brake cleaner

ATF is recommended, yes. Have had decent luck with Valvoline synthetic

Not sure how much you'd need for a flush. I think the whole system holds like 2.5-3 quarts.

You can buy a gallon jug of it for like $18

ordered from Barnes4wd this AM and got a notices that they've already shipped my order. Definitely one of my favorite vendors. Their customer service has always been great any time I called to ask a question.

From earlier, ended up with this as a finished product. Pretty much have the end of the sensor flush with the ID of the pipe. Bung width ended up being about 2-3 threads wide. But it locks in tight.

Looks good to me since you're using a planer style O2/Wideband. That would be way too shallow for an older fashioned thimble style O2 like this

2020 is not the year to be feigning sickness to get out of doing something, lol

Even if I have bad allergies I don't tell anyone around me about it, especially at work.

The washer goes between the line and the pump not the line and the bolt I assume?

There should be two washers, one on the bolt side and one on the pump side of the banjo
