To keep the dripping salt water off the concrete. It drips quite a bit after cleaning up the snow. The blower then leaves rust stains that are a bitch to clean off in the spring.

Not sure if I ever saw Robin's egg blue paint for a guy's shop before? I kind of like it. Soothing, relaxing, I dunno?

It’s Thomas the train blue. Picked out by my at the time 3 year old nephew. I was going to repaint it but it grew on me and now I like it.

I never need to worry about salt stains as I seem to manage to dump used engine oil on the garage floor at every opportunity. :annoyed:

I’ve taken delivery of a double-lofted 16x24 shop. We cleared trees and poured a slab for it. I will add a lean-to off the backside allowing me to hang kayaks from the roof and park my boat underneath. Will have inside area for yard tools, mower, workbench, tool storage, 4x6’ model railroad table, motorcycle gear area, open area for projects, lofts for camping gear, holiday decorations, and old keepsakes. I don’t have a lot of wall space but I have some old beer lights, posters, race car hood to mount somewhere. Planning to get a 6x12’ enclosed trailer to serve as my mobile workshop for a dirt kart racing operation with the kids. I’ll run power out here in the Spring. Kids are going to setup a 50’ air rifle shooting range on the backside along the fence line.

i like where your mind is. The solution to an overcrowded shop is never less toys, but more space :)
