Just left the dr. It's not as pronounced today and he thinks it may be something called diastasis recti. It's pretty rare in men but can happen to powerlifters and heavier guys who lift heavy shit a lot. It is basically a speration of the abdominal muscles overtime from pressure in the abdomen. I showed him a video of how it was last night and he said it may still be a hernia but he's not 100%. They are setting me up to visit a gastric dr next week to see what he says. Then I'll know for sure.

I'm not sure if it is that what will happen, he said it's mostly cosmetic in women but can lead to injury in someone lifting like I do. Just from quick searching I can't really find anything on it in men but what I see for women says to not lift heavy. If it is that I'm not sure what the path forward is or if it can lead to something worse like a full on hernia.

I feel like if you had a hernia you’d be in some serious pain. I thought I had one last year but it turned out to just be a strained lower abdominal and a infection in my belly button from my plate carrier from work.

Yeah no pain. But seeing a massive bulge in my abdomen is scary.... If it's not a hernia idk if this something that would make me more likely to have one or not

Today started with a 4 miler and ends with leg day.

Spent the weekend with my brother and we brewery hopped. Hit 11 breweries in really a day and a half. It was awesome but my body is rightfully pissed. So this week will be a good diet and hydration week.

Also weighed in this AM at a shameful 165.
    Fuck.

That’s not that small is it? You are average for a 1930’s man, maybe even jacked for that era.

So if this was 1930, before PEDs, I'd be a bad ass?

But for 2020 I'm just a sad, strange, little man.

My bad, based on this it looks like you'd be merely average for the turn of the century. But hey, I bet you can buy a sport coat off the rack...I wish I could buy a sport coat off the rack.
