    You have student workers too?

I got mine movie rentals, this semester. I usually host a movie night each semester.

Yup! In a normal year I'd supervise about 60, currently I'm supervising 20 or so. I work for Washington State University's student union building and oversee the event services and operations. Currently the only staff I have are the information desk employees. Normally it'd include a setup and AV staff, too, but alas, 2020.

Edit: movie rentals sounds better than candy haha

I work for the University of Kansas school of architecture and design. I have about 20 student employees each year. 16 this year. I run all the shops and fabrication facilities for them and over see the digital fabrication. Might be adding research liaison next semester for outside research too. Nothing like running a department on 60% staffing.

Most years I make my student watch a “safety” video in October and we discuss how the people could have avoided being killed by Jason or Freddy or whom ever. But this year I had 9 get COVID and strictly limited the access to the shops per the university rules.

Today I learned that my Sporty redlines at about 61xx RPM.

And, my tank range is really around 100 miles.

Did a little different kind of mod to the bike tonight, I added some high viz stripes.. Pretty pleased, in normal daylight you can't really tell they're there, they blend in nicely, but if you shine a light on them they're bright AF.

Hopefully it makes me a bit more visible on these bullshit 4pm sunset commutes home.

    My 2015 Victory Highball. 106ci (1737cc)

    Mods:
    -Changed out headlight to LED's
-K&N CAI right in the front (good engine purr when you romp on it)
    -Vertical license plate holder
-Changed out bulky rear directionals for some sleek LED's
    -Corbin Seat
-Changed the current exhaust you see to Stage 1 Straights (all black no baffles).

Rides like a dream. Went from sport bikes to this, plenty of git up and go. That being said, I still miss riding sport bikes.

Anyone near the western NC area want to go riding at Brushy Mountain Motorsports Park sometime within the next few weeks? It has been over year since I've ridden the dirt bike. I'm jones'n to hit some trails.

I'm hoping for a mild winter and get some rides in here and there. My bikes have been sitting lately, both are due for an oil change and I need to get tires for the bolt.
