Wisconsin area events, Mod Day May 24 at Thatbassguy's

I got them up in the UP a few years back when I went through. I thought they were good, but nothing I’d say I’d go out of my way to get if I were up there again. If someone wanted to stop to get them, I’d get one.

 

One thing i would go out of my way for is chicken enchiladas in New Mexico. Thats almost worth a trip down there just for that.

 

This is how I feel about the tacos at "Juan in a Million" in Austin, TX. If I am ever near there again, I'm for sure stopping in!

If you’ve never been to angels peak, I’d recommend a trip. There’s awesome free camping - about 10 spots and pit toilets. I’ve only ever seen one other person there.

@Thatbassguy aren't there some good mountain-like hills around Wausau?
i have only been through that area in the dark evening but i remember climbing a big hill going north by a big ski area

 

We have some decent hills, but nothing like what was in the background in the picture on Jerry's thread.

With my new LT kit inbound, my old Mobtown Offroad IFS skid plate needs a new home. It's pretty beat on and definitely surface rusty, but it's steel and coated with anti-rust whenever the schlubs at the oil change place pour my oil all over it.

So if anyone wants it, its theirs. Bring me some bourbon or donate to a good charity or something.
