    Yeah if I had an auto, 4.56 is where I’d go. Ov is good and has been good to me. I just want a little more specifics taylored to my motor

    Yes except instead of facing the open side straight down, the edge on the front side is on the lower edge of the grille insert. So it still blocks the airflow by the grille and the open section on the front side starts where it is blocked by the stock bumper.

    It’s somewhat difficult to tell, but in the first pic I posted, you can see the back edge of the shield about 2/3rds of the way up the heat exchanger. The opposite/front edge of the shield is right below the bottom part of the black grille insert

    I've been on the fence about 4.3 or 4.56 when I go up to 33s hopefully next summer. Truck won't be my DD so I may go a tad more aggressive.

    I’m in the burbs. Good share of long open roads and I drive on the highway juuuust enough to care about higher rpms while I’m driving. Stock feel with an s/c and cam gears should suffice.

    MT or AT? If it's an AT I thought 4.56 was a great combo. RPMs weren't too bad.

    4.56 would be my vote. I miss that combo. Never did try it with the S\C she’s been in 315’s with the S/C.

    4.56 would be nice on the dunes with 285s I think. That's where my truck will see the most action, along with sand drags, some light trails and occasionally towing a small camper.

    yah you will like it. My truck was skids, sliders, front (no winch), standard rear, and a shell but with OV Tune and 4.56 truck felt more effortless even more so than the S/C with my current overweight setup. Prob 2400-2600 rpms depending on how fast you were going.

    Oooh, I've been eyeing them up for a while. Almost bought one on black Friday. Only problem is I'd have to do the install myself and checking/setting backlash has me a little nervous.
