handsome dog. Sorry for this. My dogs best bud has been my neighbors shepherd. Dutch the shepherd passed on Saturday and my boy has been acting like your Lobo...goes out, gazing across the yard all day every day, wondering what’s up. They teach us a lot. Hang in there.

Is that yellow because of the white balance on your phone or are your fogs really pointed that high up?

    "STOCK"..... ;)
After installing my TRD Pro's and lifting 3" I had to install the ECGS bushing. The taco is rolling free with no vibration but the truck/project fought me every step of the way. Stuck bolts ( 110k+ miles ), tools I thought I had but didn't, jack springs a leak, and that MF-ing snap ring on the cv axel.... But I overcame. :mudding:

Installed a Factor55 Flatlink on the winch line. Of course Smittybilt makes it so you have to use power tools to remove the hook. But I much rather have the winch line stored like this than out and hooked to a shackle. No need to keep shackles mounted 24/7. I bolt them on when I go off road.

At some point soon I may see if I can get the bumper repainted to clean up the scuff from a license plate that was improperly mounted for years. I'm tempted to do white raptorliner on the bumper because eventually I want to raptor line the entire truck in white or OD green. Not really sure if I will go the OD green route, If I could go back to 2014 and buy a Tacoma it would either be a Pyrite Mica or Spruce Mica TRD Off Road.

Yeah I read and reread the couple of threads on here and all the horror stories (cutting bolts and loosening the alternator or hours getting the mounting bolts out or the intermediate shaft off) and watched a couple videos a few times.

I think it took me two hours one my own to get it out yesterday afternoon. No cutting, no loosening assorted other engine parts. The new one will go in today. It was not nearly as bad as I thought it might be.

The whole white balance on the phone is wayyy off. Thats not even the color they look like in person. I have an older iPhone and it just washes everything out. The fogs are aimed roughly 4in below my headlights. Its not perfect yet, as I only had time to do a quick adjustment yesterday. Waiting for my new headlight bulbs to come in soon to get everything perfect.

I’m sorry, brother. We are in this together. I had to take our baby in on Sunday after a terrible week of random seizures, poor sleeping and eating, and not much walking. She was fine a week ago and quickly got sick. We miss her so much and it’s tough coming home. They are both in a better place and at rest. We think she was only 10 or so years old but we would have had her 5 years next month.

I guess the TRD Sport is out of the picture to the left.

So so great of you to have adopted an older dog. They are so often over looked. Like @Toysareus, we lost one of our shepherds at 12 and a half. He came to us at 8 years old. Owner died, and the the surviving family didn't want him. We fostered him, but began the adoption process almost immediately. He was clearly loved, highly intelligent, and well trained. Really brought structure to our home, with his rigidly tight schedule. I never went anywhere without him. Had no idea going to the vet that day that he wouldn't be coming back home with me.
