Sorry man, I just looked at my list and after messaging with you I failed to ask your name and address twice. This is all my fault. This has really been hard to manage and not make mistakes. I have made three now even with trying to get all this under control.

 

Like I said, I get that this has been a hectic group order for your team. We live and learn, not the end of the world.

I'm next on the list after you. I still haven't received a tracking number yet so I'm hoping to get the BARE logo on mine as promised.

Nice! That would be a plus. I originally planned on using some grip tape but if I receive one with the texture, that would be great.

 

Me and my group went thru all of what you guys are going thru TWICE! We ordered 13 in total and on both shipments where 3-4 weeks past the estimated shipping times. Little to no communication. Never notified of logo changes. Shipped our order to the wrong address twice! One of our guys is military and was promised items would be here in 3 weeks and it wasn't so ended paying to ship it to him. Sent incorrect amount of panels and ended having a guy wait almost 2 extra weeks on top of the 4 weeks late being promised "we'll throw something in there for him for waiting" and what did he get 2 stickers.
The product is awesome everything else ehhhhh I'd be extremely hesitant to deal with again

 

Yeah I placed an order back in Oct. was told 2 weeks ago that my unpowdercoated panel would get shipped out and still nada. Honestly at this point I just want my money back

 

Yours was not on the list I was given as an unfinished. I put this in with the BARE panels. It is getting run today and I will be able to ship it this week.

 

There were a number of problems back then. We changed shops that were making them, a whole batch of panels got cut wrong and then had to get them re-cut. We are a new business trying to get our shit together, COVID has really messed with everything from material to fabrication. We really appreciate everyone's business and we are really trying to keep everyone happy.

I know, if you wanted black I would have shipped you a black on. I will have an unfinished panel in my hands this week and shipped out to you by Friday. It was not on the list I was given so I never ordered an unfinished panel. That is why you have been waiting.

just catching up on the forums and while I received my mine the other day, I wasn’t ready to put it on yet. Just checked and while I did trade messages with AL and did get on the Bare list, I also got the Trailgate logo as well. Looks nice and I’ll put in on when things warm up a bit but I feel like I learned not to be a guinea pig as well.

Your right, I screwed that up. I can send you a shipping label with the correct panel next week. I am doing this with a couple of other guys.

 

Yeah, I think I agree with you @Greggie88 I will definitely do more due diligence on the next time around.

 

I get that but that reasoning can only go so far.
Our first order was late by around 4 weeks late our second order came in not 1 not 2 but 3 different shipments every single one late to where i even had to pay out my own pocket to ship the panel to my guy who left island. and panels changed to new style with no notification. Your product is good everything else lack luster especially communication that's the truth. I'm only pointing this out so you can hopefully see the major problem to work on.

 

Look, I jumped in here to try to save this thing. I have done my best to keep up with everything. I promptly responded to everyone. Personal, I have been on TW for 5 years and I did not want to do a group buy on here because I have seen shit like this happen before. There was a middle man that dropped the ball. To his credit he is an ER nursing supervisor and has a lot on his plate this year with COVID.
I have not said one thing about the fact that the two guys that put in disputes locked up most of the money with PayPal. I have not even gotten all the money for these panels but I can’t wait for that because everyone is getting pissed off. I ordered more BARE panels anyway (They go to powder tomorrow).
I could go in to detail on all the screwups but what good would that do and who really cares. Like my old boss would say “Results not Excuses”. I am trying to make everything right because it’s the right thing to do. I will fill all the orders. I just did a Group Buy on here for Actiontrax and it’s going just fine.

Feel free to voice your complaints, it’s my Birthday and I’m done dealing with this today. I will answer who every else has a problem tomorrow.

 

I'm definitely late to the party here but am interested in a black one with cupholders....any chance of getting one? No pressure it seems like this is a hectic scene right now but if theres one that has been unclaimed as a result of all this apparent confusion I'd happily take it.
