Rear end issues

Yeah I looked it up David Wilson shows they’re the closest to where I’m staying I’ll be calling them when I wake up in the morning

 

They're the closest to where I live so we're probably not far. Hopefully things can get taken care of under warranty.

Dealers do this where you come from? My toyota dealer would tell you your on foot hoof it pal.

 

Would the leaking rear diff be covered under that or is that drive vs power train?
I’m going in saturday for that and they’re saying it’s not covered under warranty or the recall.

 

I am not sure about that... only thing I am sure of is, most dealers are shady AF! and will try everything to get you to come out of pocket for it. Even if it's a known defect or problem area.

Yeah I dropped the truck off and they gave me a Corolla 30$ a day and if the issue is under warranty they cover any and all charges

 

Yeah I dropped it off and just depending they said they’re gonna diagnose it see what’s going on give em a few hours and honestly if it’s something that’s not covered under warranty guess I’m renting a truck and towing her home also dealership said they trucks also got an extended 100k mile warranty ‍♂️

 

So I got the truck back last night I guess they said the pin in the rear drums snapped and failed which caused the loud wining noise but they replaced the whole system and resurfaced the drums for 300 and gave me the rental for free then when I’m on the way home today the blind side monitors were acting up and saying check blind side monitor system -__-

 

Glad it wasn't too painful.

 

Yeah it wasn’t bad at all super odd and he said it was a one off situation but unfortunately isn’t covered under warranty but it is what it is. Now I gotta figure out why the hell my blind side monitors are acting up
