    I mentioned it the last time I was in here but that was over a week ago. Been so busy haven’t had time to do much but lurk now and then.
    Wife and I have an agreement about the pool. Has to be mechanically sound and well maintained prior to us and cannot have any shedding trees around it. I have learned some hard lessons here about ignoring certain things just for the sake of having a pool.
    If everything works out though a Whatever pool party is a definite must. :fistbump:
