Installed this today. A little more protection from the increase in trashy thieves walking around these days.

    Was only $40 from Amazon.

Got some Skinnies put on today by discount tire. They gave me a awesome deal beating walmarts price. Now sporting 255/80/17s. Just need to add my Progressive AALs in the box I have and should be good for the time being.

Absolutely love mine after ~12 years of ownership. I removed it from my '07 and transferred it to my '13 after the former was totaled. Very little visible wear after all these years.

This really is plug and play! Anything else is up to you and it's already mostly prewired. Seicane Android head unit FTW.

Getting dusty in here. My dog just had a random seizure a few weeks ago, shes getting up there in age as well. Hopefully it was a fluke... took this dog in when she was 8, shes 12 now. If I could make one wish in life is that dogs would live longer lives with us.

Back to something truck related, installed my 12voltsolutions kit I picked up during the BF sale, install was straight forward but I broke a couple plastic tabs on my 05 getting a few panels off. Not much use for it during the winter months but in the summer along with the coming soon cooling fan upgrade kit should make summers easier.

Also washed and treated the softtopper with 303 outdoor fabric protectant.

I have a 5 year old pointer that has seizures regularly. Usually somewhere around every 6 weeks. He takes medication twice daily that’s supposed to help. Absolutely agree with your one wish.

Finished up installing a 2012 OEM headunit in my 2009. Still need to commit to switching out the heat/ac controls.

Nice! Looks good, how much did it run you? I'm really starting to get tired of the stock HU.

That's impressive how long it has lasted. Do you use any kind of protectant or conditioner on it?

So I got it from a guy who purchased it, put it in and didn't want to do any work to make it how he wanted it.
I tried to explain to him that a $40 harness was all he needed but he wouldn't have it.
But he did take $220 for it which was awesome. They're on sale now for $340 plus $60 shipping.

I apologize for posting about my dog on this forum. I know this forum section is about what we have done to our 2nd gen Tacoma’s and many of you, I’m sure, don’t like dogs for whatever reason. But, they are family to me.

My top step for my rear bumper is on its way from CA. Unfortunately it was shipped via USPS. Hopefully I’ll receive it soon, cause I’ve been driving around with no rear license plate. Only matter of time before I get pulled over? Maybe? I actually don’t care.

People were asking what’s the output like so ima give my littler 1 week review since I installed them:

rating: solid 8.5/10 highly recommend these bad boys
The projector headlights themselves are very nice looking. Only problems I’ve had with them would be my passenger side blinker is acting funny but it’s probably my wiring harness since that side got crushed in the accident.
As far as the HIDs, they are very very nice I’m never going back to halogen again. Only thing I have a problem with is there is a gap on the middle close to the grille where light does not hit but it will fix once I get my fog lights in. Definitely recommend the upgrade to HID.

The picture added is of a field across the road that goes back about 50-60 yards and then hits a fence. These things are bright as hell.
