I want one of these in my next house, or at least a regular one.

Question for y'all. If the rear leafs are doing the inverted thing, would a set of add-a-leaf help or is a set of Icon RXT the better bet?

How's it going guys. Back in a Tacoma after a while, definitely my dream truck. 6MT Army Green OR. Only wish it was a long bed but will be make do.

Have an OME lift arriving tomorrow and will eventually do some more but not planning on going too wild.

If anyone has any reco's on a shop in CT that does good under coating I'd love to hear (greater Danbury area but will drive a bit)

Hell yeah it is.....believe me, even harder and colder trying to house train a 12 week old puppy.
Depends upon what you plan on doing in the future. I guess it would really depend upon how much you want to spend. Your truck is not that old and a icon AAL would be the more economical way to go. The only thing is is that as soon as you put it in, if it is too high or not enough, you are stuck with it. The RXT would help you grow with adding more and more weight if necessary. Start with stage 1 and go from there. Just my 0.02.

I was thinking that would probably be best.
Yeah, I was thinking of the adjustability too, so I will probably go with that.

Are you lifted though? Looks like the Icon RXT, even at the lowest setting, will lift the back end unless you have weight added in full time to compensate.

Toyota leafs are actually designed to be inverted like that for comfort. The design is intentional. Even the OME leafs are actually like that, just not as pronounced. Tradeoff is payload, but if you're not lifted any aftermarket leafs are going to raise the rear up in relation to the front.

I would argue that bouncing off the bump stop wasn't overly comfortable so I'd say they missed the mark a bit...

Nope, not lifted. I do have a Diamondback HD, hi-lift jack, Wilco and the Cooper STT Pro loaded up though.
Makes sense. The only problem I see is that I'm sitting pretty close to the overload already. Plus, I was driving behind my girl in her CRV and apparently I was blinding the heck out of her.

Well, I'm not quite down there at that point yet. Last I checked, I was just about at the overloads.

If you're at that load consistently (IE always having a toolbox in the bed or something) you can re-aim your headlights in that loaded condition. In fact, I'd recommend it

....Do as I say, not as I do, I might be putting my HIDs back in until they burn out.

I used to see them all the time, skiddish but I'd see a lot of them. Or, just one many times.
