Agreed. That's why I'd like to see onboard charging capabilities, like solar panels or quiet, inverter type generators so the vehicles are capable of self-charging. The generator could also do double duty, providing power for camp if needed for running a fridge or lights or whatever.

anybody even begin to research the impact of those dumb stations on the surrounding environment? we flip when people ruin the natural areas off trails, why add some more shit to the soup in the outdoor community?

 

Yep, the 'Rivian Adventure Network' is coming with a focus on parks and offroad areas.
