The mind set at least as far as infrastructure goes is that 90%+ of your charging is done at home using the panel you already own or a small upgrade for faster charging. Infrastructure for the overlanding population is going to require some work but hopefully the trade off is worth it. You can usually get by with just some beefy transformers.
