Haha, that looks like some of my work. My Dad was an electrician and used to drag me on side jobs with him when I was a kid. I was pretty good at pulling, cutting and wiring outlets but I could never seem to master the art of cutting a piece of drywall or plaster without making big holes. I am pretty sure you can't buy a plate that will cover that. Glad he taught me those skills, unfortunately I still suck at drywall.

Ketchup has it's place but its like adding sugar to something that should be savory. Nope, not on a hot dog, it's all about the mustard.

1/4 inch diamond plate will cover that. About a 12x12 piece should do it.

Now just to finish pissing folks off, my favorite BBQ sauce is mustard based, South Carolina sauce. Boom! It's tough because I'm between Kansas City and St Louis. Folks don't like me here...LMAO

EDIT: Do I have to provide a picture too now. That's going to suck.

When I was a kid I worked on a dairy/tobacco farm during the summer in PA. The farmer's wife made homemade sloppy Joes and the sauce she concocted had mustard and ketchup in it. I remember seeing her add the mustard very clearly; I haven't had anything as good since.
