Shop Time w/T.W. Friends

I did too when these got real shaky, I figured it would give me time to machine these and I'll have spares.

 

So I looked up what the material was and it's 303 SS. Here's a sketch I made because the actual drawing is a fill in the blank for several different sizes. I seen that as a mistake waiting to happen.

 

Not useful to me but i still keep it...

I 100% thought it was a James Bond style martini shaker

 

That is pretty slick. How does it work for a jack adapter?

 

Somewhere a tool crib lost this but i was told they didnt need it, i wanted the box but ended up keeping it in its whole state. Just something neat and odd aircraft support equipment

 

It’s definitely super cool!

 

Im not entirely sure. The round ball on top goes into a cup on the aircraft, the smaller sleeve fits inside, prob just sits ontop of jackscrew. Similar to this set up. The best representation i can find.

During a summer vacation with the family years ago the kids were getting antsy. I gave them a fast food bag and told them here put this in that pop bottle (20oz?) Anyways they looked at me like yeah right, it won't fit...I told them if you make the pieces small enough it will!

 

I stopped at the grocery store and pulled in behind this Escalade. I saw the hitch and wanted to see how close I could get without hitting it. I’ll try and do better next time.

Kept them occupied for awhile anyway. It was a full bag with all the burger wrappers fry containers, napkins etc. Thought was to make them think outside the box possibly too...
