aaaand for no discernible reason my garage door opener doesn't want to work any more

 

New laptop for work came in today. Doc tested it and UL/DL speed was 110-120 mbps on our wifi, my current laptop has been clocked at 20-30 mbps UL/DL speed that past couple days lmaooo

Well we use an access point so in theory there's a middle man the system has to go thru with documenting. So the increase in speed should be substantial with every *click* being *2 clicks* in a nutshell.

Yeah it's definitely an odd situation. The man has been stressed and upset as well over my roommates and the damaged they did to the house. I think he felt betrayed that I told them but regardless of my relationship with my roommates they had to know he was on our property while being COVID positive. With the two sentences he snuck into the lease in May he technically has free rein over the yards at the house. But COVID regulations mandate he can't leave his current residence. And his residence doesn't include our rental house next door.

 

I've never changed the oil on any vehicle newer than 2004...

Ordering an oil filter for my wife's '13 Rav4, excuse me but what the fuck is this and where are the oil filters I'm used to seeing

 

You'll need a new tool to remove the filter housing.

You can thank the eco weenies. Cause apparently recyclable scrap metal oil filters are a bad thing to have around.
