This is more my speed for Ms. Morris. I'm a mid 80's baby, but I still love the cars that were in their heyday when I was growing up. First gen Rangers and Explorers? No bullshit wranglers? Tacomas that had no frills? F-150's with the TTB (easily converted to SFA) and the 9" rear end. Yep. All in on that nonsense!

And the first builds of the 7.3 powerstroke. get some.

I can't either, that's why I'm in outside sales. Well, I was until the Wuhan. Now I'm grounded at home playing inside sales rep like I did out of college.

Where my airplanes, expensive restaurants and hotels at???

Oh, I meant a "9-5" deal. I'm so use to nightshift that I get sleepy when the sun comes up  Even on my 6 off, if I'm not busy doing something...….I will sleep all day

Yeah, I getcha. I'm just not used to having set hours. Usually I'm flying out on a Monday morning and getting home on a Thursday evening. My days could be night hours, early morning hours, or 4 hours in the middle of the afternoon. I don't like having a set day schedule like I have right now lol.

High octane beer is helping ;)

I wonder how long it'll take to get things back to normal after this vaccine is released. The only reason I will take it is if we can stop wearing these damned masks at work.
I could probably take a dayshift position at the new ER when it opens in April. As of now, I'm planning on just going over there on nights. It's only 6 miles from my house :D

Based on my customers in manufacturing (aerospace and metals) we're still looking till about 3rd Q next year before they'll let us degenerate travelers back in their facilities.

We do. I'd probably have to make some adjustments if I lost that.

my last job I got 16%. It was great! but I was dumb, and wanted a normal schedule, so I took the loss.

Current job, I get 10%. Its not that much, and hardly worth it. But the night shift doesnt do anything, so its basically free money. I accepted a new job back in July, but the "background check" is still ongoing. Not sure when it will be completed. Ive given up asking for updates from the recruiter, and Im just going to wait until they need the next step. But the schedule will be Tues-Sat 9pm-530am. And I guess there will be a shift differential too.

Anyways, I didn't mean to crash y'alls thread. Usually on a wednesday evening I'm somewhere in so cal, seattle, or portland having cocktails at the hotel bar with the other road warriors. Talking shit about customers and our companies after we got back from the best steakhouse in town and the losing business card had to expense it.

Listening to some music and hoping things get back to normal eventually.
