No, unfortunately. It was just Jack Daniels at my buddies house!

And too much on a school night turns out to be 3 drinks over the course of 3 hours for this old bastard. Pathetic!

MA is just stupid. Technically you can't modify the factory in any way or add on.

My friend's brother failed back in the 80s. His 1983 Oldsmobile Delta 88 had a 3rd light (factory GM mind you) and he failed for that because it didn't come with the vehicle. Yet it was mandated all new vehicles 1986 and up come with it..yeah

Depends on the size of the drinks. The equivalent of 1 measured shot per drink would be a little pathetic. But somebody with a generous hand pouring without measuring...

Yeah, as far as I heard, modifications of any kind are not allowed, but nobody cares enough...

??? What kind of messed up crap is that? Failing for being OEM...

That's just it, that year didn't have it b/c they didn't exist but he bought the OEM one from GM and installed it, so it's not like the light was wrong

I'm going to take a crack at resealing the lift ram on my Western plow this weekend. I got a new top nut and all new seals, so HOPEFULLY it cooperates! We may be getting a foot of snow on Wednesday up my way, so I need to be able to shove it out of the way!

Hold up, a plow? a foot of snow?
This on the Tacoma or your F250 superduty? Also where are you that you're expecting a foot of snow?

Tell me about it. I go to (well, not right now...) trivia on a wednesday and knock out a down east, 2 gansetts and I'm toast. Sitting by the fire at home I can handle a bit more, and I have as of late started to lean into the harder stuff (same amount of alcohol net, but less bubbly burpy filling). Got a bottle of Bird Dog Apple last night, might break into that tonight but unlikely, most likely tomorrow or over the weekend.

That sounds exactly unsurprising at all. Yet go one state over in CT and wing it. The amount of shit boxes I see rolling around RI and MA, it's clear -- I'll cut myself off before it gets into a thing.

In RI that's how it is with exhaust. You cannot be louder than factory, so you can change it from factory but cannot be louder.

Bitchin! It's been pretty cold down here the past week or so, at least if there's snow to show for it.....just put up the reflectors along my yard along the road during lunch break today. Hopefully they see more use than last year, I think we got at most 2 inches of snow last year down here.

I ran my crawl space sump hose further to the driveway so now that's dumping into the road and freezing  it's swampy down there! and more rain saturday. Glad I didn't do a dry well now, I'm suspicious it would even handle it.

On the 83 Toyota Pickup. We live just south of Conway, NH.

I'm kinda wishing I had an 8' Fisher setup for my F-250, but I don't want to kill the thing!
That's true, it'll probably be like 3' by then!

I see. I was honestly planning on putting a small plow on the 18' Tacoma just for ease of shoveling, but I have no idea how bad that would make it to drive...

As long as you compensate for weight in the front suspension, you're fine. In my short stint at Toyota, we saw a ton of Tacomas and Tundras with plows on them. A little 6.5' or 7' plow would do wonders, and not very heavy.

Yeah I wouldn't use them as a plow truck but if it's just your own drive, wouldn't be terrible to have the plow. The newer ones are super easy to attach/detach yourself too so you don't have to have the plow on the whole winter, just the frame.
