Still think TITNC3: Return of the Iceberg was peak

Did you see how many times it got halted? It would trade for a minute then halt for 15. I can't wait to see where this thing ends up tomorrow. lol

 

This is the kind of stupid shit that keeps me awake some evenings. What is that next company, that when it breaks out will rocket to the moon? What industry, what technology?

Of course if any of us had any inkling of it, the market wouldn't exist in the first place.

But man, those lucky few that buy the right ticket at the right time. It can sure pay off.

 

Oooh...Could be a $NAIL and $NRGU day! My favorite!
But $CRSR keeps diving...At this point my $30 12/18 call is going to be worthless...It's already payed for so I'll risk it.

 

This is why I have a bunch of shares of different pharma's...A bunch of little bets...
$CTXR, $ADAP, $ZOM, $ADMP, $MTNB, $AIM are some that have promise still...

Gets to $120 and I've made everything back +$1
I've got a spreadsheet I set up and I'm factoring $NRGD plays as well...WHY couldn't it just do this in July....It would have saved me $6K

NAIL is acting strange. Nothing but good news in the housing market. All major builders reporting record income and sales. Bonds are down. It should be heading to $60 but it just isn't. lol

 

I know..That's why I'm still holding. I'm in at $46 and resisting all temptations to add more because I'm at 200 shares right now..

 

BOIL is cooking too. At least above my buy point.

Ive been in the green 3 days running. My preferreds, bonds, BHP, XLFT, CII, BDJ, BIT, O are performing to expectations.

 

The ABNB fireworks should start at 10:20 EST. I'm not throwing any money at it but it's gonna be fun to watch. Implied open is over $150 right now. lol

At the rate my options account is going, it's gonna be bled dry in a month lol. I did not choose wisely this go'round

 

It can turn around just as fast as it drops and there's plenty of trading days left for that to happen on all your options. Let it ride. lol

 

That's just pharma. They're not the first to have a day like that and they won't be the last. Pharma is extremely volatile both good and bad. I rode $MESO for two up swings and then tried for the third and it tanked. I sold out at a loss on that third ride and then a few weeks later it hit a +30% day or something like that.



That whole industry is witchcraft. I would recommend learning other more stable industries first, and having a solid footing on what a companies numbers mean, and then throw it all out the window because Pharma is the wild west. You have the big dogs like $PFE and $LLY that are more structured and behave "normally", then you have the small timers the likes of $MESO and $BCLI that don't follow the market much at all.

When predicting $XOM for example, we can look at a normal news site and see there is supply issues in a region, lock downs causing a demand shortage, etc. Earnings dates are really the only "big" dates to know about, then you get into Pharma where in the small time stuff, earnings mean piss all and test results and trials etc mean everything, and those dates are way less prominent and publicized until the data is released and suddenly the stock dive bombs or takes off like a rocket.
